By accessing and using KobotAI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use KobotAI for personal or business purposes. This is a license, not a transfer of title. Under this license you may not:

• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any KobotAI software
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on another server

2.1 Using KobotAI

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country) to use KobotAI. You are responsible for your account, your data, and how you use our tools.

Don't use KobotAI for anything illegal, spammy, or abusive. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies.

2.2 Pricing and Billing

Some features of KobotAI may require payment. By subscribing or purchasing, you agree to the posted pricing and billing terms. Pricing may change in the future, and we'll notify you before adjustments take effect.

3. Google Integrations

If you connect your Google account, our app may request access to the Gmail API with the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send scope. This scope is strictly used to allow you to send emails from your Gmail account within our platform. We do not read, access, or modify your Gmail inbox or messages. Emails you send through KobotAI will appear in your Gmail "Sent" folder. You may revoke access at any time from the app or your Google Account settings.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Privacy Policy

Your use of KobotAI is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data, including data from Google integrations.

6. Disclaimer

We work hard to keep KobotAI running smoothly, but we offer no guarantees. The materials on KobotAI are provided on an "as is" basis. KobotAI makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

In no event shall KobotAI or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, loss of data or profit, or business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the services.

8. Revisions and Errata

The materials on KobotAI may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. We do not warrant that any materials are accurate, complete, or current.
